Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health Presents: 2010 Igniting the Spirit Gala

The '"Friends of Wabano"' Committee is pleased to invite you to join us for an evening of celebrating Aboriginal culture through reflections of water. IGNITING THE SPIRIT, is a celebration featuring Aboriginal foods and highlighting Aboriginal culture and entertainment.

The celebration will include Aboriginal foods, refreshments, Silent & Live Auction, First Nation, Inuit and Métis performers and Aboriginal cultural displays.

All proceeds of this fundraiser will support the capital expansion project: Wabano Mamawi Centre. This state of the art building will provide programs for urban Aboriginal women and their families with an emphasis on cultural reclamation, artistic expression and social enterprise - creating employment opportunities and dreams for the future.
